Description

Learn the art of how to give a professional massage in this half day, small group experience. In this class, you can learn alone, with a partner or your friends in a fun and interactive environment. The oil free technique is easy to remember and reproduce in your own home. The Art of touch workshop is an exploration of the power of human touch. Not only is this class a fun easy way to spend quality time together, the true added benefit is that massages really brings couples closer together as it will enhance your intimacy, peace and harmony. Add an additional yoga class or Vegetarian 2 course meal to your massage experience.

Your massage class will go for 3 hours and will include a 90 minute class followed by a professional 45 minute massage.

In this class, the experienced therapists and Spa master will teach you basic oil free fun and effective massage techniques including effleurage, pressure, tapping, breathing techniques and more to give each other great massages. By simple palm pressure, you can learn how to give a massage in a professional way. You will be shown how to really connect with your partner.

The techniques you will learn are taught in massage therapy so you will be learning many of the same techniques and skills that your professional massage therapist has learnt and is using. 

The workshop is designed to be interactive and you are encouraged to communicate freely and ask any questions that you might have.  

At the end of the class you will receive a massage from a professional therapist.

Choose one of the following additional options if you wish to add yoga or a Vegetarian meal to your massage class.

The Wellness workshop (4 hours): 60 minute yoga class, 90 minute massage class and 45 minute massage by a professional therapist.
You will practice yoga towards gaining inner peace and physical balance by combining Hatha and Vinayasa yoga, pranayama and meditation. This yoga program is designed for all levels to enhance your vitality and rejuvenation.

The Wellness premium (5 hours): 60 minute yoga class, 90 minute massage class and 45 minute massage by a professional therapist and a healthy 2 course vegetarian lunch or dinner

The healthy lunch menu includes: 
Starters:
Vichyssoise - Chilled potatoes and leek soup
Golden Gazpacho - Sweet tomato & cucumber soup with mango
Organic Quinoa Salad - Nashi pear, papaya relish, toasted almonds and curry vinaigrette

Main course:
Eggplant rolls Romesco - Tofu-basil ricotta, roast capsicum, wite cabbage and romesco sauce
Coconut pad Thai - Young coconut noodles, cabbage, mung bean sprouts and spicy almond sauce
The Bamboo Tofu Burger - Spicy flavored tofu, coriander bun, orange and curry mayonnaise
